  3. Once the RMA request is approved, please ship the product to the address provided by the support team for a refund. Customers will be notified once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility.
Requirements for Returns:
  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from www.catalystcase.com or https://www.catalystlifestyle.com from your purchase through our online store.
  • Please note all returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by emailing to cs@catalystcase.com.
  • Our Customer Support Team will ask you to provide the reason for your return and you will need to provide your original order number as proof of purchase, including digital photograph of the defective product. Please have this information available for our swift follow up. You will receive your RMA form with # and instructions for the return via email.
  • Returning a product without an RMA # waives our responsibility of having to issue a refund, even if proof of delivery is available, due to our inability to match your purchase with the return; consequently leading to your loss of both the merchandise and any refund.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents in 100% re-saleable condition (5% restocking fee will apply on returned orders).
  • Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a 15% restocking fee or more. Please note Catalyst® reserves the right to reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional restocking fee against the customer for replacement of any missing components in the package.
  • Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
  • Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

Who qualifies?

Catalyst® warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty. If you purchase a CATALYST® or ESCAPECAPSULE® product from an unauthorized reseller, including any unauthorized internet reseller, your product warranty will be void.

What qualifies?

Products that are purchased directly from www.catalystcase.comor www.catalystlifestyle.com or a Catalyst® authorized retailer with the intent to use the product for personal consumer use and not with the intent to resell the product are eligible for this warranty. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use of product
  • Product was used for unintended purposes
  • Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • Product is not genuine or not manufactured by Catalyst®
  • 3rd party purchases are not covered under Catalyst® and Escapecapsule® warranties
Catalyst® 12 months Warranty*

Labworks International Design Limited (“Labworks”) grants a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used normally in accordance with published instructions on a majority of Catalyst® products e.g. Catalyst case for iPhones, iPads & Apple Watch. Catalyst® products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not covered by the 1-year warranty. Certain Catalyst® products may have different warranties, which will be explicitly stated here. Examples of products with different warranties are, but not limited to, audio adapters, mount clip/stand, belt clip, bike mount, pro adapter, backpacks, and spare/replacement accessories. This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defective. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.

Discounted products are warranted for a period of 90 days only.

We warrant Catalyst® products to be free of material or workmanship flaws under the product's specific warranty guidelines. No case is indestructible and WE DO NOT WARRANT that this Catalyst® product cases will protect your device in all circumstances. Failure to follow all installation, maintenance, and operating instructions while using this case may cause damage to your device.

Labworks DOES NOT WARRANT, and is not responsible for, any electronic device, personal property or accessory made by anyone other than Labworks. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Labworks will inspect, test and confirm the product defect and in its sole discretion repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or functional equivalent. This Catalyst® Warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligent use, willful abuse, intentional acts to damage the product, mishandling or improper usage (including use contrary to the product’s intended use), alteration, unauthorized repair or modification, any physical damage to the product, cosmetic damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions (including prolonged exposure to caustic or corrosive chemicals, solvents, oils or fuels), acts of nature, misrepresentation or fraudulent claims, failure to follow instructions, any damage caused by use with third arty products (including screen protectors, cleaning solutions, charge cables or headphones), products purchased from an unauthorized reseller, or if inspection or testing show that an alleged defect does not exist. In the event of a defect, your sole and exclusive remedy is to repair or replace the effective product, or if the warranty claim is submitted during the first 30 calendar days of the warranty period, to refund the purchase price of the defective product according to our refund policy.

Important Note: For purchases made on Amazon.com, eBay, or any other online marketplaces, the warranty mentioned above may or may not qualify. Only products sold specifically by Official Catalyst® online stores or a Catalyst® authorized store are covered by these warranties. Catalyst® products sold by any other seller(s) on these platforms will not qualify.

Catalyst® Screen Protector Lifetime Warranty

Catalyst offers a limited lifetime warranty for all Catalyst screen protectors excluding glass screen protectors. This warranty is only valid for screen protectors that are considered defects. Defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.

*All terms and conditions for any and all warranties are subject to change under the sole discretion of Catalyst®.

Who are unauthorized resellers?

Product warranties for Catalyst® and Escapecapsule® products are recited below. These product warranties are void and not applicable to Catalyst® and Escapecapsule® products sold by or purchased from unauthorized resellers. Catalyst® and Escapecapsule® products obtained from unauthorized resellers are obtained without warranty, “AS IS” and “with all faults.”

In addition, if any Governmental Entity issues a recall for Catalyst® or Escapecapsule® products, products obtained from unauthorized resellers are excluded from participating in product recalls. In the event of a product recall, you are advised to contact the unauthorized reseller who is legally responsible for addressing these statutory issues and requirements for the products they sold to you.

Purchasing Catalyst® and Escapecapsule® products second-hand, or from unauthorized resellers, will void and otherwise make you ineligible for warranty protection.

There are no authorized resellers on eBay and Craigslist and purchasing our products from those services will make the purchased product ineligible for warranty protection.

Certain resellers on Amazon.com are also NOT authorized to sell Catalyst® and Escapecapsule® products. Buying from unauthorized dealers on Amazon will void the warranty and otherwise make you ineligible for warranty protection.

When purchasing Catalyst® and Escapecapsule® products online, pay special attention where it is being "Shipped from" or "Sold by," which can be found in the general headers of the product page, shopping cart and checkout page.

The consumer accepts responsibility to research the integrity and reputation of a reseller to ensure the reseller is authorized to sell and provide appropriate pre purchase and post purchase service. Internet resellers must be carefully scrutinized as they are very difficult to evaluate and often provide very limited or no customer service. Please note that because Catalyst is unable to oversee or control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, Catalyst’s warranty is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. How to obtain warranty replacement:

To obtain the Warranty Claims Form, contact our customer support at cs@catalystcase.com with your order number, purchase date, receipt, problem description, name, address, phone and email.

In order to process your claim, Labworks or its authorized representative may require that you provide further information, including shipment of defective product and proof of purchase documents. All shipping costs for sending back your case will be in the responsibility of the case owner. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees, are in the responsibility of the owner. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to Labworks International Design Ltd. Labworks is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages.You must comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations to send the product to or to receive a replacement product from Rogue Lemmings, Inc. DBA Catalyst, 625 Waltham Way, Suite 104, Sparks, NV 89434, United States or the address of our authorized representative.

Include all the information above in your package to ensure prompt processing of your warranty claim.

Once the product is received by Labworks, the product will be inspected (within 10-15 business days of receipt on average) to determine if it is covered under the limited warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Labworks, under its judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. Labworks International Design Ltd. will not be responsible to pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product unless specified otherwise.


DISCLAIMER: All products returned to Labworks International Design Ltd. will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be confiscated and turned over to Catalyst®'s legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Labworks International Design Ltd.

Warranty Disclaimers

Except as expressly provided herein and in the original warranty document, Labworks and its affiliates (“Affiliates” meaning entities under common control with Labworks, which are owned by Labworks or which are owners of Labworks, and any entity with which Labworks has a contractual relationship related to the sale of Catalyst® branded products) disclaim any other liability or warranty, weather express, implied or statutory. You understand and agree that in no event will the liability of Labworks or its affiliates under this warranty exceed the purchase price you paid for its product. You also understand and agree that in no event will Labworks or its affiliates be responsible for damage or malfunction of any other product including your electronic devices.

Labworks International Design Ltd reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit Catalyst® product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.

Defects caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defects caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied. This remedy may be repeated within 90 days or the remainder of the warranty. The original product is needed for any future warranty requests regarding the order.

Labworks reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at Labworks sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, Labworks reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to Labworks judgment and discretion.

Labworks International Design Ltd. or its affiliates, in no event shall be liable for any special, incidental damages, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss of profits or benefits and/or any other type of damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of this product regardless of the basis of your claim. including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.

You understand and agree that you should never use a broken, damaged or disassembled case or a case with any pieces missing. You understand and agree not to allow children under the age of 5 to use the case, and that it contains small parts that may present a choking hazard when the case is broken, damaged or disassembled. You understand and agree that you should never allow children to play with the case or put it in their mouths. You understand and agree that in no event will Labworks be responsible for damages of any kind if the case is used or handled under any of the foregoing circumstances.

You understand and agree that you have had an opportunity to review Labworks’ Warranty, Terms and Policies, that you are familiar with them, that you accept the terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions and disclaimers in them. You understand and agree that by providing your product serial number and electronically signing to agree to the Warranty, you will legally bind yourself to the Warranty’s terms and conditions, and that providing a false name or serial number voids your Warranty. Catalyst® warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty. If you purchase a CATALYST® or ESCAPECAPSULE® product from an unauthorized reseller, including any unauthorized internet reseller, your product warranty will be void.

What qualifies?

Products that are purchased directly from www.catalystcase.com, www.catalystlifestyle.com or a Catalyst® authorized retailer with the intent to use the product for personal consumer use and not with the intent to resell the product are eligible for this warranty. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use of product
  • Product was used for unintended purposes
  • Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • Product is not genuine or not manufactured by Catalyst®
  • 3rd party purchases are not covered under Catalyst® and Escapecapsule® warranties

Orders placed on our US site will be shipped from a third-party fulfillment center in the United States

The type, quantity and weight of your package may vary, and as such, costs may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart and enter your address in the checkout page.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping - Usually takes 6-11 business days (1-3 days for order processing and 5-8 days for shipping) to most locations in the United States.

  • If you have entered a APO, FPO or DPO address for delivery by courier, the delivery time may vary and standard shipping may take 21 business days or longer.
  • Shipping times may vary as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Expedited Shipping - Usually takes 5-8 business days (1-3 days for order processing and 4-5 days for shipping).

  • Shipping times may vary as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Priority Shipping - Usually takes 4-7 business days (1-3 days for processing and 3-4 days for shipping).

    • Shipping times may vary as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
    • For expedited or priority shipping, timely delivery is subject to he Terms of Service published by the carrier.
    • If you entered a PO box for Expedited or Priority delivery by courier, your order cannot be processed as the courier must have a physical address. Please place a new order with a physical address and send us an email to cancel this order.

    Order Processing Time

    Once you have placed your order, the order will be processed within 1-2 business day standard processing time by our third-party fulfillment center. Orders placed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas day will not be processed until the morning of the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number for your shipment by our third-party fulfillment center to your address in the United States.

    Pre Orders

    Orders that include pre-ordered products ship only after ALL items are available. For immediate shipping, order currently available products separately from pre-orders.

    Shipping Insurance

    Please be aware that Standard Shipping does not guanrantee delivery time. If you choose this method, Catalyst will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are delayed, lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. As much as our products love extreme weather condition, unfortunately shipping companies do not, we are unable to control shipping times during Force Majeur.

    Shipping through the standard shipping option does not include any insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or other type of damage caused to the parcel during the transport.

    Shipping Address Change

    If you wish to ship to a different address other than the address stored in your PayPal account or your credit card billing address, please update your address in your PayPal account first by logging in to your PayPal account. (Click Profile near the top of the page. Click Update beside Address. Click Edit. Enter your address information and click Save.) Then you may try placing your order.
