B2B Warranty For iPhones, iPads & Apple Watch Case

Warning: Warranties are not transferable. Sales of Catalyst® products by unauthorized resellers, including any unauthorized internet resellers, will invalidate the product warranty.

Warranty coverage:

Catalyst® products are warranted to be free of material or workmanship flaws under the manufacturer warranty (see below). The limited warranties below are valid only in connection with the original purchase of new products from a Catalyst^® authorized retailer who has agreed to the Terms and Conditions on our website at www.b2b.catalystcase.com and the limited warranties extend from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. An “original purchaser,” for the purposes of the limited warranties, is an individual or entity who purchases the product directly from a Catalyst^® authorized retailer with the intent to use the product for personal consumer use and not with the intent to resell the product.

What is not covered:

No case is indestructible and the Catalyst® product is not warranted to protect a device in all circumstances. The warranty will not cover cosmetic issues or product failure because you broke it - any defect or malfunction caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow directions, abuse, or use with improper, customized, or faulty equipment. It doesn't cover incidental damages or damage caused by trying to disassemble, repair, or alter a product yourself. The warranty does not provide service or support for any third party products that our products attach to, including, but not limited to iPhones, Apple Watch, iPads, Tablets or watches.

Unauthorized resellers – no warranty:

Product warranties are void and not applicable to Catalyst® products sold by or purchased from unauthorized resellers. Catalyst® products obtained from unauthorized resellers are obtained without warranty, “AS IS” and “with all faults.”

Any individual or entity that purchases the product from whatever source with the intent to resell the product is an unauthorized reseller (“unauthorized reseller”). The Catalyst® product limited warranty does not apply to products sold by unauthorized resellers, including without limitation, unauthorized resellers on third party websites, including, without limitation, Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, etc. Neither unauthorized resellers nor purchasers from unauthorized resellers are “original purchasers” for the purpose of this limited warranty. If a purchaser is not an “original purchaser," the purchaser takes the product “AS IS” and “with all faults.” PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER WILL BE REQUIRED TO DEMONSTRATE ELIGIBILITY TO MAKE A VALID CLAIM UNDER OUR LIMITED WARRANTY.

Nontransferable:

All warranties for Catalyst® products are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sales of Catalyst® products second-hand, or by unauthorized resellers, will void and otherwise render the product ineligible for warranty protection. For example, there are no authorized resellers on eBay and Craigslist and any sales on those websites will make the product sold ineligible for warranty protection. Our Terms and Conditions on this website do not allow resale on Amazon.com are do NOT provide authorization to sell Catalyst® products online. Any sales on Amazon are unauthorized and will void the warranty and constitute a breach of our Terms and Conditions agreement.

Manufacturer Warranty to Consumer:

Well Known Brand, Inc. is the sole authorized importer and distributor of Catalyst products in the United States, purchasing products from the manufacturer, Labworks International Design Limited (“Labworks”). The following warranty applies to consumers who are the original end-user purchaser of Catalyst® products from Authorized Resellers of Well Known Brand, Inc. who have agreed to and comply with the Terms and Conditions on our website.

Labworks offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used normally in accordance with published instructions for a term of one year from the date of the original purchase by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, the manufacturer will inspect, test and confirm the product defect and in its sole discretion repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or functional equivalent. This Catalyst® Warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligent use, willful abuse, intentional acts to damage the product, mishandling or improper usage (including use contrary to the product’s intended use), alteration, unauthorized repair or modification, any physical damage to the product, cosmetic damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions (including prolonged exposure to caustic or corrosive chemicals, solvents, oils or fuels), acts of nature, misrepresentation or fraudulent claims, failure to follow instructions, any damage caused by use with third party products (including screen protectors, cleaning solutions, charge cables or headphones), products purchased from an unauthorized reseller, or if inspection or testing show that an alleged defect does not exist.

The Catalyst® Warranty is non-transferable. This Catalyst® Warranty only applies to end-users who purchased the product directly from Well Known Brand, Inc. or its authorized retailers and does not apply to transferees, products purchased from non-authorized dealers, online auction websites or anyone else who stands to profit from this Catalyst® Warranty without prior written authorization. The Catalyst® Warranty only applies to the product itself, and excludes third party products even if packaged or sold with the product. In the event of a defect, your sole and exclusive remedy is to repair or replace the defective product, or if the warranty claim is submitted during the first 30 calendar days of the warranty period, to refund the purchase price of the defective product according to our refund policy.

To obtain warranty service, please email info@catalystlifestyle.com with purchase date, receipt, product SKU, problem description, name, address, phone and email. In order to process your claim, Well Known Brand, Inc. or its authorized representative may require that you provide further information, including shipment of defective product and proof of purchase documents. You are responsible for all costs associated with claims submitted under this Warranty, including the cost of shipping, handling, customs duties, VAT and other associated taxes and charges. You must comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations to send the product to or to receive a replacement product from Well Known Brand, Inc. or the address of our authorized representative.

This product allows you to use your device in places, situations and activities where you may not have been able to use it before. Some situations may be inherently risky and require you to pay attention to your surroundings and use your product responsibly. Any additional risk involved in such situations is assumed entirely by you. Never use your device in dangerous situations or pay attention to your device to the extent that you fail to pay attention to your surroundings, your safety or the safety of others. You understand and agree that Labworks and its affiliates shall bear no responsibility for personal injury, death or property damage or loss, whether yours or that of any third party, caused by your use of your device in any inherently risky or extreme situation. Participating in certain activities also increases the chance that your device will come into contact with water, dirt, sand, fine particulate matter, caustic or toxic chemicals, or that it will be dropped, thrown, crushed, shocked or otherwise impacted with force beyond your device’s or the product’s capacity to withstand such an event. You understand and agree that Labworks shall bear no responsibility for such events. You understand and agree to never use a broken, damaged or disassembled case or a case with any pieces missing. You understand and agree to not allow children under the age of 5 to use the case that contains small parts that may present a choking hazard if the case is broken, damaged or disassembled and to never allow children to play with the case or put it in their mouths. In no event will Labworks or its affiliates be responsible for damages of any kind if the case is used or handled under any of the foregoing circumstances.

Labworks DOES NOT WARRANT, and is not responsible for, any electronic device, personal property or accessory made by anyone other than Labworks. Except for the limited warranty expressly provided herein or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, each Labworks product is provided solely on an “as is” basis and Labworks and its affiliates make no other warranties of any kind and disclaims any and all other liabilities or warranties oral, written, express, implied, or statutory including without limitation any warranty of quality, merchantability, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment or fitness for a particular purpose. You understand and agree that Labworks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, contingent, punitive, exemplary, or any other type of damages based upon your use of (or inability to use) this product regardless of the basis for your claim. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, the entire aggregate liability of Labworks, its affiliates, distributors and suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Labworks product giving rise to liability.

By using this product, you agree that you also accept the terms of the Warranty Policy, which may be amended from time to time. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and that in other languages, the English version shall prevail.

You understand and agree that EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN AND IN THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY DOCUMENT, LABWORKS AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ANY OTHER LIABILITY OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. You understand and agree that IN NO EVENT WILL THE LIABILITY OF LABWORKS OR ITS AFFILIATES UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR ITS PRODUCT. You also understand and agree that IN NO EVENT WILL LABWORKS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR MALFUNCTION OF ANY OTHER PRODUCT INCLUDING YOUR ELECTRONIC DEVICES. You also understand and agree that IN NO EVEN WILL LABWORKS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DAMAGES BASED ON YOUR USE OF THIS PRODUCT REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS FOR YOUR CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow such disclaimers or exclusions so the disclaimers and exclusions above may not apply to you. No other person is authorized to modify this Warranty.
