Top notch customer service! I will always come back to Catalyst not only because they have a great products but they stand behind them. I have had a Catalyst case on my iwatch since day one and when I had a crack on it, the customer service rep was very responsive and helpful in making sure I was taken care of. I got a brand new iwatch case and all I had to do was supply them with my proof of purchase and a photo of my issue. Would highly recommend these cases and products to anyone.
